Emotional Intelligence as the Relationship Advantage

This course is designed for high-achieving professionals who have realized that technical excellence is only the entry fee for success. While many organizations over-invest in technical training, research shows that 85% of success actually stems from ‘human engineering’ your ability to communicate, negotiate and lead. In this session, you will learn how to close the frustrating gap between your good intentions and your actual impact on others. You will walk away with practical, actionable frameworks including the ‘3 A's’ strategy (assess, acknowledge and adjust) to help you stop reacting and start intentionally leading. You will also be introduced to the ‘3 C’s’ of professional relationships (clients, colleagues and collaborators) and the ‘3 E's’ metric to audit whether your professional relationships are helping you enjoy, evolve and earn.
