Dr. Garon received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from University of Montréal School of Optometry in 2006. She then completed a Master’s degree in Neurological Sciences, focusing on Visual Electrophysiology, at the Montreal Children’s Hospital Research Institute (McGill University) and a Residency in Primary Care Optometry at The Eye Institute of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University). She worked in an Ophthalmology Practice in Upstate New York for a few years before moving back to Montreal. She is now an Associate Professor at University of Montréal School of Optometry and teaches Pediatric Optometry and Visual Electrophysiology. She also works part time in a family optometry practice where she examines patients of all ages.
