Kate Hamm

Kate is the Senior Manager of Optician Engagement at EssilorLuxottica Eye Care. Kate grew up in Kansas City, and went to Kansas State University before attending UMSL College of Optometry. During optometry school, Kate filled many leadership roles, performed visual perceptual research, created optometry and advocated for eyecare all over the country. Kate graduated Optometry School in May 2019 and began an internship at Essilor with the professional development team. After working with Essilor, Kate joined a private practice in Wichita, KS before joining EssilorLuxottica. In 2022 Kate won the Industry Influencer Theia award from Women in Optometry.
