Julie Fotheringham is an Executive Coach and Trainer who has effectively impacted C-level leaders, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals and managers through her implementation of customized Experiential Leadership Development Programs. She is an ICF professional certified coach, an Integrative Enneagram accredited practitioner and certified in EQi 2.0/EQ 360. Her background as an Executive Leader in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 companies focused on healthcare and CPG, is key to her understanding of the challenges faced by her clients. Julie currently serves as Partner at HAGEMAN: Executive Coaching & Training. She has led development programming for some of the country's most influential leaders through YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and Ford of Canada where she created and implemented the Business Leaders Challenge program for their top dealers for nearly a decade. Additionally, she co-manages Pathways Leadership Development Program, an online training program that supports Medical Practice Managers growing into Chief Operating Officers. As an Executive Coach and Trainer, Julie has developed and delivered workshops on The Power of Liminal Space (see podcast Cracked Open), The Key to Effective Teams, Introduction to the Enneagram, How to Create a Coaching Culture and other topics intended to grow self, team and other-awareness. Julie holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario and an MA in Organizational Development & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. Her Master’s Project was The Power of Liminal Space: Exploring Opportunity for Transformation Post Crisis.
