Graduating with honors from the University of Waterloo in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science and Optometry degree, Dr. Patel embarked on a mission to transform the eyecare landscape. Under her leadership, Fallon Vision Group has become a leading provider of comprehensive vision care services. Dr. Patel's entrepreneurial journey began with the ownership of five successful sublease practices in collaboration with LensCrafters. Over the years, she has had the privilege of guiding and collaborating with 19 associate optometrists and leading a dedicated team of over 43 staff members. Together, they uphold a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional eye care services. Beyond conducting comprehensive eye examinations and providing high-quality eyewear, Dr. Patel prioritizes creating environments conducive to professional growth and patient satisfaction. By fostering collaboration and investing in cutting-edge diagnostic technologies, she ensures that patients receive the best possible care. Her strategic leadership and focus on operational efficiency have driven remarkable business growth and engagement with communities through various outreach initiatives. Currently serving as the regional mentor doctor for LensCrafters sublease holders across Toronto and Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Patel's dedication to advancing eyecare and supporting her colleagues reflects her enduring commitment to excellence in optometry. Prior to this role, she served as an optometric advisory council member for Sears Optical Canada.
