What Every Optician Should Know About Ocular Emergencies

This course will present an overview of how telephone triage and walk-in office visits should be handled. The key elements of triaging and the differences between an emergency and urgent care will be reviewed. This course will also review the testing procedures required before patients are treated by the optometrist.
